Pets Eternal offer a personal and compassionate individual cremation service for your beloved pet. We are only a small company so all of us are intimately involved with every step of the grieving process.

All pets in our care are known by name NOT simply a number! We treat your pet with dignity and respect from the moment we pick them up from either your home or from your veterinary surgeon, to the time they are returned to their family.

We offer a prompt and efficient pick up service, 7 days a week and return your pets’ ashes to you personally within a few days.

We pride ourselves on our personal, caring service and are happy to spend time with you discussing your options, helping you through your grief, or just as someone to talk to.

We believe your pets are an important part of your family. It is for this reason that there is intense pain when they are gravely ill or pass away. We understand how difficult it is losing such a loved friend and family member and would like the process of laying them to rest to be as peacefully as possible, for both the pet and the loved ones who are left behind.

A Message from the Director

I would like to thank you for considering Pets Eternal for the cremation of your pet. As a veterinary nurse and zookeeper it is my aim to give you and your pet the best personal service that we can during this difficult time.

I give you my personal guarantee that your pet will be treated with respect and dignity from the very first moment until their return home to you. I am always available to speak to if you have any concerns or would just like to talk, so please feel free to call.

My Story:
I have been a veterinary nurse for 25 years and worked in practices throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast.  I spent 4 years in the UK working in a zoo studying zookeeping and being their veterinary nurse on site.

Since returning to Australia 8 years ago, I have lived and worked on the Gold Coast.  As a vet nurse I was not entirely happy with the services offered to our customers and felt we could find a better more personal and animal oriented service.  I hope we have achieved this!  I currently have 2 cats at home, Rory and Oska (my boys!!!) and recently lost Tony who I still miss dearly.

Being able to care for your pet in their final stage, with all the dignity they deserve, gives me a wonderful sense of well being.  The love we feel for all our pets is the most wonderful thing in the world!.

Yours in Sympathy,
Alison Moore

We would like to welcome Mica to our pets Eternal team!

Mica is a 4 yo Retriever x border collie x samoyed. I rescued her from the pound on the 3rd of January as a very scared, furry and overweight girl. She has the most amazing personality and spends her days here at the office greeting our customers.

We are major sponsors of Mad Way South, which is an adventure through Africa to raise money for The SHE homes – Cambodia. These are refuges for young girls who have been trafficked for the sex industry. Some of these girls are as young as 9 years old and this can be their only chance to get an education and change their life.
