Sometimes your pet passes away suddenly or unexpectedly so we are available 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for your convenience (A surcharge applies between 9pm and 6am).

Our cremation prices include pick up from your home or vet, a choice of a white urn, timber box or scatter/burial box, engraved plaque, memorial candle, fur sample and return to your home.

You may also choose to have your pets’ ashes buried in our memorial garden with their own stone and plaque.

Other choices of urns and boxes are available at very reasonable prices.

We understand that different cultures have different expectations for the process of laying their pets to rest and we will try to honour your traditions wherever possible.

Some may also wish to wait during their pets cremation, and although we do NOT always recommend this, we have a comfortable area for you to do so, but please remember this can take 2-4 hours.

Our showroom is open from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday if you would like to visit us and view our premises, or to simply come in for a chat.
